Its just crazy to be playing by the Marquis of Queensbury rules while the other guy is kicking, gouging, biting, etc....no doubt there probably were some excesses and those have been corrected......but no one of any intelligence can really fully credit the hyper-partisan Senate "report"....and no one can seriously compare the beheadings and summary executions of our foe to what happened during the Bush years under the EIT program.

My position is my country is in a fight vs evil.... Not wrong. My post to you was very clear about the idea of fighting evil. Is your position the US is facing wrong doers ?

I think I do no wrong if I defend myself to the death. What are you planning to do in such a life threatening situation? Submit to decapitation. Or complain about America. Sun Tzu would not approve of those.
