Bill:

Two quarters = having multiple labs doing tests on Franklin Lake material. The time frame came from myself, because it gave ample room for any scale up and smooth outs. If anything, Naxos is expecting a much tighter time frame for events to start falling into place. A delay is a delay according to expected time frames and dates - a concrete date engenders expectations and expectations too often denied have a tendency to either sour investors on a stock, or teach them that science doesn't run on our personal expectations time table. My comment to Jerard and again to you is this - "look where we have come from in the last six months." Draw an inferrence from that if you wish and you could ask yourself - "where could we be in the next six months as things start to scale up?"

I am unaware of any re-negotiations of the Jan. 6th date.

If your expectations are for the share price to drop, then no doubt you will do whatever you think is best.

Regards,

Kim W.
