Zax was simply LYING to thank Obozo for something he's not responsible for in the first place...
I don't know where Zax lives, so I can't tell if he's lying or not.

I do know, however, that Obama supporters will credit him for anything. That includes low gas prices, which arguably are due to market forces combined with the rise of fracking, both of which Obama and his left-wing supporters vehemently oppose.
