It's obvious to most (except you?) that VCC is not suing
"BECAUSE THEY WANT THE PRODUCT" (what product?) - umm,
wouldn't they be buying instead of selling if they wanted
'the product'? D'oh!

It would appear the the major issues in the lawsuit are ones of
liquidity and the prevention of further dilution: Reporting Issuer
status beefs (liquidity), conversion of prefs to commons (liquidity),
blocking of consolidation/issuance of new equity (slow down dilution/
cut losses).

Get the picture?
