They reported Q4 '96 EPS on 2/18 !!!

They also were indicating that the information systems conversion hurt collection process. The stock was in the upper 50's.

On 5/6/97 reported Q1 '97 EPS. Indicated still having conversion problems.

On 8/5/97 reported Q2 '7 EPS. Indicated on conference call 2nd half '97 SG&A to be higher due to services challenges such as bills not being paid. Asked several times to comment on '98, Co. was prepared to answer. Stock was now in the 80's.

In the first 2 weeks of Sept. there was sizeable insider selling reported.

They did everything but tell you to sell the stock. But wall street kept pushing it higher. Is this OXHP fault?
