Are you really afraid to wash your face for 20 seconds? That is our maximum limit for water boarding someone. Try it for 15 or 20 seconds, and report back to us. You can simply try it on yourself. I invite everyone reading this to try it and report back. And we never ever include electricity. Is that part of your warped fantasy? Why would you even mention something that false? I can tell you are really out of ammo. See ya! And much luck saving America from the recently washed faces of terrorist murderers.
