I have read all the posts and reviewed the financial statements.

I went short (bought put options) because of the information about
the drug not being patentable and not appearing to work. Based on
that, they won't make any money.

However, I am troubled that Schering-Plough made an investment.
They know a lot more about drugs than I do, and could have also
read all of the posts.

Why did they invest if the drug isn't patentable and doesn't work?
$10 million is real money (at least to me!).

Oh, Wexler.... I love this company already. I called up Zonagen today, the guy who answered the phone said .. "Dave." "Ummm,, is this Zonagen," I said. "Yes." "Well, then I need to speak with someone in investor relations," I say. Transferred. Ring Ring Ring. "This is mumble mumble mumble." "Hi, I'm a stockholder with some questions about your stock buyback." "Yes?" "Well, I'm inquiring as to whether any stock has actually been bought back." (irritated) "Well we were eligible to buy back stock on Tuesday." "Yes, I know but have you bought back any stock." "Well, we're actively out there." "Have any stock purchases been made?" "We said we would. We have every intention of buying back stock." Seeing I was getting nowhere I said, "Thanks for your time." I bet they haven't bought a damn share. And if whoever posted that information on this thread had anywhere near the same kind of conversation I had, and drew a conclusion that any shares have actually been bought, well then ...... do they still make dunce caps? scott
