Thanks Loeul. I always wondered what Big E saw in the guy. How do you tell people the BFS is still "expected" in the same quarter you are in and not know you are a year behind? The CEO....
Bad management?
Stupidity?
Too many late night giggling calls with vette?
"expected" and "soon" seem to be of the same value which has turned out to be nothing. Kind of like his words.....

..agree that Elmer does nothing without Ernestos blessing

I believe you have also commented that they failed to follow the Salazar agreement and that has undermined the current CUU value proposition

I am not sure how far along Salazar was in bringing out the PFS, I do know that for some reason, Teck waited 2 years to deliver the 75% direct interest that had been earned under Salazar's watch

That probably had an impact on his ability to attract funding

..but such tactics are standard fare for companies like Teck in dealing with such entities

What is your overall take on how we find ourselves here

Others are satisfied with the explanation that we have an uneconomic project

I am more inclined to think we have been maneuvered to this point by a powerful partner that simply doesn't want to recognize demonstrated value, and with adequate negotiating power to force our management to abandon our contractual rights

Obviously this was approved by our majority share holder

I question the legality of ignoring the balance of the shareholders who had a right to expect that the inducements to invest would be honored
