HHS and CDC sponsored an August 19-20, 2005, Utah conference hosted by the Harm Reduction Project and the Harm Reduction Coalition — organizations that support tacit legalization of drugs, including methamphetamine. Several sessions planned for the conference appear to promote illegal drug use and risky sexual behavior such as, “We Don’t Need a ‘War’ on Methamphetamine,” and “You Don’t Have to Be Clean & Sober. Or Even Want to Be!” The federal government has spent $2.2 million studying why three quarters of lesbians are obese .... This is what liberals do to science.
