Every living thing starts out as a single fertilized cell and grows into whatever it is going to be ... along the way they will develop a head, spinal column, then limbs ... naturally at an early stage of development, they'll look alike. That means nothing. The zygotes all look even more alike. Before there is a fertilized cell there is a living sperm and a living egg for most animals.... But you seem to be able to crasp evolution so where does your religion come in.
