True, but the entire government, most corporations, and most colleges say that Blacks deserve affirmative action. How can we identify which Blacks benefit and which ones don't?

Even in the rare cases where affirmative action isn't mandated by law, it is often clear that professors, job recruiters and supervisors are engaging in tacit affirmation action, as an outgrowth of the social pressures to look the other way and overlook poor Black performance.
