Waterboarding was carefully carried out to meet the legal parameters the DOJ set out, specifically to avoid being torture and thus, perfectly legal. Why does your restating this so consistently make you look utterly sub-human? The government execution of Jews in Nazi Germany was also "perfectly legal". You must enjoy making people's skin crawl. Great position to take. I'd simply love for the neocon right to be intimately associated with these words, so people can understand what a horrible mistake it is to ever let these people into office.
