But the cop knew he was putting a strangle hold on him..........he knew the possibilities of that and he knew death was one of those possibilities. He also knew the hold was forbidden....

I believe that what is know proves the officer did not put a strangle hold on the guy. It was reported over and over every time by the idiot tv commentators that the guy said 11 times he could not breath. So you figure a person can speak clearly enough to be heard and understood while being strangled.

How long does it take to say I cannot breathe 11 times?
