Putin looks no more foolish than Obama would if interest rates were a few points higher. Which is GOING to happen, sooner or later. But surely after Obama has left office and kicked the deficit can down the road to some other president.

.....years ago on this board I predicted that interest rates would never be raised while Obama is still in office. Even next year, I'm still not convinced the FEDs will follow thru.
