Patrick, Was it related to Open ? If yes, Steven Faber who drops by here from time to time might know about it. I believe he was part of the class action. I might be wrong, but he once mentioned about settlement- getting some borl shares as part of settlement. Anyone? Also Joe Levi or George Lazar might have some knowledge of it. They never mentioned class action but had to sell @loss. Send them e mail to find out. However, I remember one of their e mail(Joe's ?) didn't work at that time. regards, BPP(Bipin's partner)
