TO ALL: I wish to take this opportunity to extend my sincerest wishes for a happy, healthy and joyous season to all. I hope that after examination RMIL is able to come out of this intact and able to pursue a legitimate business course. I will also post a response I made today to an unsolicited e-mail to me with regard to my own personal evaluation of the OVIS/RMIL situation.

"As I have said in many of my posts on the SI board, should I turn out to be right in my appraisal of OVIS/RMIL and great financial loss is suffered by many on the thread, I will take no pleasure from it or even satisfaction. There are but a few exceptions to that feeling and there it is limited to satisfaction and not glee. Certain hardheaded individuals deserve what ever fate has in store for them. Even today with the handwriting on the wall they refuse to admit that they were duped. I know from history it's no shame to admit you were wrong. I was in MTCI and I paid my price. Fortunately I am usually far more right than wrong so it amounts to a little less profit. For many though this means the loss of what may turn out to be irreplaceable dollars to say nothing of the psychological damage that may result.

I give no quarter to those who would engage in any fashion of celebration at another human being's despair. I accepted most of the personal attecks on me and my position, in the main, without too much vitupritive resonse, I hope. If not I owe someone an apology.

Your method of communicating your position and opinion does not sit well with me and I would appreciate your forgetting my e-mail adress.

As to almost all, that I communicate with, I wish you the best and suggest that you take a few minutes to appreciates the Season we are about to enter and approach your contributions to these boards in a different manner."

I truly hope that things work out in favor of those shareholders who have been left dangling by this uncertainty and wish each of you much success in investing in the future. Perhaps we will meet on another SI Board.
