"While bonds are strong, it's hard to take the stock market down."
Very true. We may see a decoupling between stocks and bonds the
way gold is now not viewed as a safe haven during times of
international crisis. While the Nikkei has tumbled from it's high
of over 39,000, their prime lending rate is now around 1.625%.
During the depression in the 1930's, lending rates at one time
were around 0.5%. Sometimes markets decline for the simple fact
that they are too high. Is the Dow too high? I really don't
know. We all offer our opinions and I value yours.

Sincerely,
BBB
