God can't believe it's been two long years since the BFS release and not one positive news release since to help our share price .Mind boggling for sure. The never ending story continues to never end.

Without the FN, we simply voluntarily defaulted on our contract

The BFS and the FN was the single deliverable item in the contract, we had one and ate it

..and were then misled as to its delivery and the clock, the whole game required under the contract

..not quite a heads-up, IMO
