Neither do you. But you seem to have assumed it was acquired illegally. My point has been that there is no reason to assume that. In fact, there is every reason to assume that it was acquired legally since it is so easy. You know, Occam's Razor and all that. Why go through all of the effort and expense of getting it illegally? Unless, of course, he is a stupid as you appear to be. Granted, if you want one that is untraceable, illegal is the way to go. But that isn't the case here. Or if you don't have the means to go out of state. Which also doesn't seem to be the case here. So why do you assume it was acquired illegally?
