TAke alook at ITSI .I have played with since 89 bottoms out about 3rd week in dec. and has at least a double shortly there after.Plus thier largest shareholder is dropping in another 5mill the last time he did that was in 93 right before the stock went to 20 1/2.They have alot of major contracts coming.and i am hearing that is going to be reccomended in a newsletter that has 50k subcribers soon.
