Is the ad campaign really catching on in the States? According to most of the posts on this thread, it is seen as a poor attempt.(?)

My concern is that the bottom line may be costing AAPL in the long run. They must have a profit and so they may be neglecting market share. (I think the recent figure has them slipping to 3.3) The bottom line is simply that if they continue to cater to and promote their OS and systems to the nitch market that they will become redundant. They will not die, but then again a hermits life isn't really that great, either. The CEO announcment will boost the stock price, but I fear another August pop without a sustained growth pattern.
