Curly, slow down. Is there an announcement of a stock buy back? I was under the impression that the convertible was issued so that cash will be available for exopansion and to support growing sales, if they use that cash for buying stock (at a premium to book value) they will not have cash for growth.

I do not know how you get to a fair value of 65 for that stock when the market says the fair value is currently under 20.Do you have a valuation model justifying 65?

Curly,

Short interest doesn't appear to be anywhere near 40%+ of the float.
Very few of the outstanding shares are still restricted. The float is in the 20-25 million range. Short interest appears to be in the 15% range.
