Most any larger city in the south has changed a lot from when I was a kid. Many people in the big cities of the NE and especially west coast (yes a ton of them on SI) confuse this change with the ugly politics of rural America. Too many forget very high cost of housing when you also factor in high student debt equals debt slavery for life for most starting out. This ain't LA or NYC 1982.. Go to Tampa or Charlotte young lady<g>
