And as always you so lamely miss the point, many Hellenized Jews were just fine with living in harmony within the new framework of the empire which they were spread throughout, some were wildly in favor of rebellion. The same happened to them that happened in Christianity to any & all heretics, they were attacked & made to disappear with extreme prejudice too. Christianity & Judaism, all the same religion as the pagans really with their "Father God", with heaping Greek philosophy thrown in for good measure to give it body & mysticism of the unity & oneness of the prime mover.
