Isn't it amazing how the Dept of Justice is an independent, trustworthy, organ of government when Republicans need it to be, and a wholly-owned subsidiary tool of the administration when they don't?

Like most of the others involved in the process he did his job remarkably well, as is indicated by Holder's inability to find a hole in his work to provide a basis for bringing charges after multiple efforts to do so.

His job was to find a way to employ EITs legally, which is what he did.

Personally, I think he's a hero.
