navigator,
i see no smoking gun at this time, no f4's have been filed this month as of today. unless we get a late filing of some other indicator i just do not see insiders selling at these levels. tc2000 chart however suggest people are selling (bop indicator maxmum selling). i believe we are strongly oversold here.

-- Not to beat a dead horse, but if you punch in ASND, you'd have to conclude there's no buyout going to take place given all the selling.

-- My point is that insiders are not selling in any noticable way.

-- And if the alarmists on here would think before posting, we wouldn't be having a 30 post debate on the subject.
