Michael, you are a danger only to yourself. I see that you have some difficulty in expressing your thoughts clearly. For example, what is your point? That's OK. Take your time, breath slowly and try to think. Get help if you feel you need it, because I think you do. Nothing to be ashamed of. Your behaviour does not make you credible at all. I am sure you are not stupid, so don't act as if you are.

It is obvious that you are new to investing and are certainly not confortable with speculative stocks. So if you can't understand this situation and are very nervous, why are you here?

Hi Michael,

If anything, thanks for spicing up this SI thread. It was quiet for such a long time. I was surprised to see over 50 new posts this morning.

It's obvious your shorting KRY and at least have some contacts in the KRY short syndicate. I can tell from some of the comments you've made. Especially the one about the a possible SEC investigation. I have a contact that gets info from the shorts, and heard this several weeks ago.

And I'm sure you realize by now that if your pro-KRY, your convinced of a positive ruling, and if your anti-KRY your adament that KRY are simply "claim jumpers" There's very little in between.

My guess is that not only are you short, but your probably a little nervous. You may have gone short for the same amount of time that that we have gone long, and your getting worn out from this. A delayed ruling only means that your money is going to be tied up that much longer.

And your now doing, what any good short would... try to cause some panic in the market. And now would be the time. With a delayed ruling into next year, the longs are also getting tired out. So now would be the time to make your move... and you have.

But I think you'll see the stock firm up again as we get past the holidays. You may want to cover over the next few days. While the longs keep nibbling away at some lower prices.

Cheers,

Chris A.

Mikey:

Perhaps you should state your case so we might be enlightened. If there really is something meaningful you could contribute, then we would like like to know. I would gladly short KRY,, IF,, you can provide a logical justifiable reason. In the absence of such, I have to agree with Chris and Frank and therfore will continue to remain long.

FWIW Steve

PS. So far, NOBODY has been able to provide a RATIONAL reason to not be long and plenty of IRRATIONAL, ILLOGICAL reasons to short. I'm very comfortable with my position,, are you with yours???

Do you know the ONLY worry I had about this stock? I could never understand why the shorters didn't attack it more forcefully. This implied to me that the shorts were so confident in their position that they didn't need to bother. Had me wondering 'what do they know that I don't know'?

So it is with a great sigh of relief that I read your posts Mr. Bidder. When I see the hysteria and panic in your missives here, I can now truly say that I have no worries.

I thank you sir.
