Canada is always trying to raise the value of the dollar. They do this by raising the goddam interest rates.I hear some analysts talk today about the U.S. having lower rates next year.Thought you guys were fairly low now.Cost me a fortune in exchange last year, when I was in Cody.Great country-I guess the Ultra play was not too far away.
I think ROH should charter a plane and take us to the drilling site.
Even if its RAINING.
Merry Xmas to everyone,Glen
ED-I think my average would be around $1.65 CDN.

DD,

I don't worry too much about currency risk re: the US vs. the C$ since it usually only varies within a pretty tight range. What is it now, $1.43 or so? Maybe it could swing back, at most, to $1.30. That's not even a 10% swing. HEC, most of these Canadian juniors swing 10% just on a daily basis!

But now that you mention it this is another good reason for US folks to be buying Canadian right now. We are getting an extra 10% for our money and it is unlikely we would have to pay any more than that premium to convert back to US$ when we sell.

BTW, I meant to answer you about how I got to the ROH web sites. Marshall e-mailed me with the complete URL for the reports and I was able to reach them that way. I still can't get anything other than a black bar across the bottom of the home page, even with Netscape 3.0 as it is attached to Compuserve. The problem is that the Netscape 3.0 that is part of Compuserve is not possible to configure as Java Enabled.
