Just got done talking to Barry about that.

He re-iterated that the Q's and K are expected in the first couple of weeks of January and that it'll bring them current. Keep in mind that ARET *is* a reporting company. They are late, but they are reporting.

I was able to confirm with him that the financials that are expected are the K for 1996, and all of the Q's up to September 1997. Once those are out, we'll be current, with the 1997 K due by the end of March, and it has been established with the accounting firm that they intend to keep current with their reporting once this batch is out.

I also asked about the possibility of a press release stating their position on reporting status, and was told it's been discussed and that the issue has been submitted to their lawyer for his opinion. They are a *very* cautious company, as I'm sure most here already know.

I reconfirmed their intention to use BusinessWire starting in January. When I asked about it, Barry didn't hesitate a second answering that they will use BusinessWire starting then.

Barry wasn't able to confirm nor deny this, but personally, I'm putting two and two together and guessing that when the financials are out, they'll be on BusinessWire. Something like this I would expect Reuter's to publish, but I've learned now not to trust my own judgment regarding what Reuter's will deem newsworthy. They also no longer trust Reuters, apparently, and because of this, I'd guess that it's extremely likely that BW is where we'll see the announcement regarding financials.

Hope that answers your questions. It certainly answered mine.

Personally, I'm going to keep slowly accumulating at these prices from now until financials come out. I don't see it getting much, if any, cheaper in that timeframe, and expect these prices will look like an absolute steal a month from now.

If the financials come out the second week of January, I think it should help the share price quite a bit. Also, if BusinessWire starts getting used, it'll *dramatically* increase the share price, IMO.
