The way I read it, it looks like the seized parts 'the original counterfeits' are still being held because they, in fact, did duplicate the patented shape of the cartridge and shutter. BUT because the 'new counterfeit', September design, which has not yet been determined to be in violation of patents (that comes in January) is now 'the current and only product'... the court says the injunction on the original design is more or less moot and is lifted. The key here is that on Nov 28 IOM presented their case against the 'new counterfeit'.

Perhaps Truff can add legal swizzle to this.....
