RE: Cymi share buy back

If Cymi share is consistently underperforming the market, I can see a possibility of a small buy back program of, say, 1 million shares or so, with less than $20 million spent.

However, if Cymi management is confident of their earnings and stock price picture, there is no need for share buy back. They will just let the fact speak and let the market to enhance the share holder value, and save the cash for current and future growth opportunity.

As far as my eyes can see, there won't be any share buy back program in the near future, and this is good news because it might indicate the confidence of the management.

Ahoy Curl Man: Still lurking...and holding CYMI.....FWIW Lehman has been the only broker on the best bid today...they took and estimated 50 k crossed 20 k at 17 5/16 and are still taking stock with no problem. IMHO the stock is being shorted to them and they are taking the short stock off the market at these levels. This is a beginning squeeze....Those who shorted today will be losing money as there appears to be a change in sentiment.

I hope so anyway.

What's the status of a CYMI buyback...any comments from the company/

Good luck,

Bob
