Interesting, eh? Most folks don't really understand the impact of $18 trillion in US debt. It's an albatross that the Baby Boomers have hung around the necks of our children for generations to come. The deficits, the debt, QE, and ZIRP are all abominations that represent the raping of future generations. The Keynesians, Dems, and GOP all think that there are no consequences for pulling forward demand at this scale. But there are. There never was a free lunch, no matter how much we like to fool ourselves. Anyway, Happy New Year. I'm hoping for a low volatility year, but am fearing it will be anything but. ;)
