extraordinary claims require extraordinary proofs they also require extraordinary patience and yes I also wish hibernation was an option (usually at 3 am when I am getting calls from London)

I certaintly am not questioning your faith, as I know better. I am questioning your prognosticative abilities:-)
You said, that extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof. I agree with that. I just don't think that it automatically follows that we have to wait 6 months.
Remember, Ledoux stated that they wanted to run another test and then would go about certifying the results. I don't see that testing process taking six months. I see it being anywhere fom 1-4 weeks, depending on how the holidays affect scheduling.....
