Sean, I think I see. I have to individually open ALL the charts, and then save them individually as charts (.mwc) in a new directory? Wow, what alot of trouble. And, I tried a new QP scan last night, after smart charts were turned off, and it still put it in a new directory w/ the MSSmart icon..and therefore all were smart charts again. Just how do one avoid all new data coming from QP being installed in smart chart format. They never give you a chance to define what format you want it saved as when oworking w. Metastock output? This is the MAIN question that needs to be figured out before I go nuts!<g> Thanks, Chrisg
