55% of that property for $8 million. 75% of Schaft Creek for $25 million (+ a couple more payments if they ever decide to produce).

Why purchase 100% of a property when you can have the controlling interest for peanuts? All they need to do is get over 50% and let the economics decide the rest for themselves whether to produce :)

I love the typical pumper "well they'll never drag us along into production because it'l cost them too much" argument. If EE is asking a ridiculous amount then yes they will because getting our portion financed will be the cheaper option, it all comes down to numbers it's as simple as that. Right now it doesn't make sense to go into production whether they have to drag us along or not...we'll see if that changes if they do anything this year. Who knows...

Just look at Turquoise Hill, once Rio Tinto took 50% they sat there and let the stock slide. Hopefully that doesn't happen to us, although perhaps it already has?
