The market is ignoring whatever news there is about the TX plant. Going up with everyone else on the Japanese tax news.

I believe Zoltek already has partnerships with Goodrich and TRW on aircraft brakes and airbags. I think it's wierd that this story is in no other editions of WSJ. It won't affect stock unless it spreads, which it very well may.
