SDD - Sierra Nevada GOld - has acquired a past producing Ag mine in Mexico. It was in production in the 30's and was similiar to Comstock Lode mine. The Repbulica produced at an average 100opt from a very small ore-shot which produced 4M oz and employed over 200 people at the mine. They have traced the vein on surface for over 1.5km and have started drilling. The site is close to a Ag smelter and there are identified blocks of ore left behind from the mine. Drill results expected in mid Jan. The release that announced the acquisition taked of 50M oz silver. Sierra has a long history of straight shooting and their other high grade Cu proeprty is an exmaple of this. were taken out - 100opt
