I think these upgrades/downgrades will mean volitility until their next earnings announcement. Then, who knows, depends on the numbers of course. Would not be suprised if the downgrade catches up with them Thu or Fri and they give it right back.

Buy some and put it in the draw.

Jeff, a possible windfall for ACT by way of the Asian Flu

I know that the loose talk last year was center around building a global presents.

Could the problems in asian actually be a boon for ACT in the sense that they could use a much strong dollar to buy some much undervalued hard assets in asia???
