The year of 2014 beat me a little. I call it: the year I closed down some unfinished issues.

Broke even in September and last quarter started getting back on my old footing.

2015 is promising to be full recovery.

On the Global picture, 2015 will unravel some Great Unwinding ramifications.

Businesses will demand less USD for the things they trade as USD strengthen relative to other currencies

China will buy less treasuries to propel the USD to keep its currency competitive

Some interesting developments in the foreign affairs as Obama team wants to win the elections based on points earned in foreign affairs arena.

I expect Iran to come out of the cold.

Obama also will use the firepower to show it is not only the Republicans that can be tough:
Obama has fired a shot at the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (Opec) in the war to control global oil markets by quietly sanctioning the easing of America's 40-year ban on exporting crude.
