This is all about free speech and free access to information. Your opinion, Asensio's opinion. Everyone has a bias. I don't know the civil or criminal record on anybody posting to SI. I do appreciate the thoughfulness of Asencio's analysis, and would be the first to reject it if it wasn't so compelling or looked like disinformation. (But I would still capture the entertainment value of it.) However, I do see that Judges, DAs and Law Enforcement personnel agree that AVNT did the nasty to Cadence. It's just a question of how large the settlement is, how far the product sanctions go, and who talks and plea bargains vs. who goes to jail. Hell, that's just my opinion. There will be a bounce in the stock when/if the Board fires the guilty employees/Officers. Like from $1.50/share to $2.50/share. Then, as I forcasted months and months and months ago, the stock may go back to the $10.00 range... After a 1:5 reverse split.
