The drum I have been beating is that there is no reason that any of that fits with a fiduciary relationship to all the CUU shareholders, maybe except 1.. It is when you get outside the box to look for a rational explanation, you get to the place where Teresa and company got nervous... There is absolutely no question that everything that has been done since Elmer joined the Liard BOD was far more to the benefit of Teck shareholders than CUU shareholders I'm not willing to chalk it up to incompetence
