He means either on the Friday or on the Monday.

As for the dollar, yes, though I think it would have to show real weakness, not just go off for a couple of days. Soon we'll begin to pick apart Japan's Plan--which, even if it eventually works, isn't gonna fix things overnight--and we'll remember taht there's no real reason for the pound to go up, and so on, and things will stabilize.
