Gold (and silver) sure do have some downsides, volatility definitely being one over the decades. And on the longer term stock indexes like the Dow do outperform it even after an inflation adjustment. As the old saying goes, "To everything, there is a season".



As far as the "almightly" dollar, the path can't be any clearer.
