It's 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec 17. Stock opened up at 29 1/8 this morning. It has held steady there so far today. Volume is 93,000 - high is 29 1/8 and low is 28 3/4. Thus far, we have avoided swings down as we saw last few days. Could strengthen the case for move up this afternoon or Thursday.

<<<<<Relative strenghth of 96 (IBD) is certainly calming, ......where is your spirit of adventure? think of the first couple years of microsoft, amgen, cisco, etc. lots of losses, no real profit--then off to the races. we have a virtual monopoly (75% of banks) in a sector growing 40-60% per year. ......the fear on the street is earnings decrease. do you really think that one year from now we will be makiing less money than now? each year for the next 5 years we can expect increased earnings. that to me is a safe haven. can you say that will be true with 3M, caterpillar, Phillip Morris, GM? etc.
