Bob was accurate in that you only rate the remaining teams, but I've chosen to adopt Scott's rating idea of starting with 12 and working down from there rather than starting at whatever number is the total of the teams left and counting down to 1. When you think about it, it doesn't matter what number we actually start when we count down by increments of one because your worst pick will always be the same relative distance away from your best pick. All you need to worry about is ranking the 12 teams in the order you think they will win the SB. Do that on paper and then copy those ranking numbers into the chart and you are done! - Jeff
