It's possible CUU management felt we didn't have the negotiating position the Pre-FS type of results would have supported, and chose to get what they could from Teck

That could be true if we didn't have a legally binding contract written by Teck itself.....the fact that we did have such a contract negates any kind of weak negotiating position argument....we earned 100% of Schaft creek, all those lovely Liard shares and $360 million worth of mine improvements. For some reason, that has never been disclosed, we didn't pull the trigger and deliver the notice. Only CUU management, Teck and the Liard board of directors know why.
