If the business case can be made then they will take action. According to the FS the previous metallurgical testing used existing core and the variability testing to be done in 2015 is needed to address the high variability in the precious metals recoveries, not the copper. It also notes that metal recoveries are higher with higher head grades which supports starting the Liard zone. As far as any commitment is concerned one can look no further then the SC project overview page on the website which states " ...Copper Fox formed a joint venture with Teck to further explore and/or develop the Schaft Creek ....". So the answer is none. I'm not pre-supposing a positive decision from Teck, only the possibility does still exist and that we will know soon. CUU decided not to impose any clocks on Teck and have placed themselves on the clock as their funding runs out.
