No, I didn't say that. I haven't followed them that long. The didn't do dilutive offerings in 2012 and 2013, that's what they said.

I don't understand why PSEC needs to do offerings if the stock is below book value. I would think they can just milk the existing portfolio and cover their 8 cents per month dividend, why not?
