Paul: The CEO search is definitely a priority. However, look at it from a potential CEO's standpoint. You have to find someone who may have to leave his high paying/profile drug company job, possibly give up career seniority, pay much higher taxes in Canada, relocate (although Vancouver is great), and be constantly on the road developing Nortran to its potential. Even one of these could be a deal buster. Each factor makes it harder and harder to find a qualified person who will fit the match. FJA PS - By the way, they never offered the job to me. :)
