What I worry about the AFA is that it has been so entrenched in our health care that declaring all or part unconstitutional (which it is) will set off another wave of repercussions but this time it would work against conservatives

IMO, there is no chance to repeal it. The GOPe is not suicidal. The freeloaders and deadbeats now have free medicaid and the low information voters have their free subsidies.

Trying to abolish that would be "racist, anti-middle class, anti-lower class, anti single women, and anti-senior citizen, and anti-whoever else they can think of.

Besides, the big donor-employers are starting to see the benefits in their bottom lines now that the employee plans have been dumped into obamacare.

I think it's here to stay, and it will be obama's legacy achievement.

It will be tweaked and modified, but it will stay.

I don't know about that. Many are insured in other places than Obamacare. All of it has to go. Trust me. insurance companies will quickly comply with new laws to get money.
